Sexual health services

Covid-19 (coronavirus) update

The NHS is putting in place measures to ensure the safety of our patients and healthcare team to ensure our services can continue to deliver care to those needing it during this time.

From immediate affect all patients must call the service first to arrange a telephone triage with a clinician – this is for registered and walk-in patients.

Please note – patients who walk-in to the practice without prior telephone consultation will be asked to leave and call the practice to be triaged.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation at this difficult time.

We offer a discreet and confidential sexual health clinic every day between the hours of 8am-7pm, with bookable and walk-in appointments.

Walk-in appointments are available between 9am-11:40am and again from 2.30pm-6.30pm.

Please note that the Walk-in Centre may be closed to any new patients presenting if there are already sufficient patients waiting to be seen. Patients being turned away will be advised of alternatives.

Pre-bookable appointments are available between 8am-8:40am and 1:30pm-2:10pm. You can pre-book an appointment by calling 0333 321 0946.
