The NHS is putting in place measures to ensure the safety of our patients and healthcare team to ensure our services can continue to deliver care to those needing it during this time.
To protect our patients and staff we advise patients to call the service in advance, but please be assured that we still remain open to deliver all services at Brighton Station Health Centre.
To reduce the risk of Covid-19 cross transmission, appointments will be carried out over the phone or via video consultation, where appropriate, unless there is a clinical need for you to come into the service. This will help minimise risk while continuing to ensure people get the care and advice they need.
To reduce wait times, the walk in service now offers appointments. This also allows us to limit the number of people in the waiting room. Please call the service to arrange an appointment.
On arrival, please wear a face covering and use the hand sanitiser provided. You must declare if you have any known current COVID-19 symptoms (a temperature, new cough, loss of smell or loss of taste) so that you can be directed to the correct treatment room.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation at this difficult time.
We offer a discreet and confidential sexual health clinic every day between the hours of 8am-7pm, with bookable and walk-in appointments.
Walk-in appointments are available between 9am-11:40am and again from 2.30pm-6.30pm.
Please note that the Walk-in Centre may be closed to any new patients presenting if there are already sufficient patients waiting to be seen. Patients being turned away will be advised of alternatives.
Pre-bookable appointments are available between 8am-8:40am and 1:30pm-2:10pm. You can pre-book an appointment by calling 0333 321 0946.
